When you’re in the mood for gourmet Asian fare, and you break out your wok (probably not since you received it as a wedding gift…but we won’t tell), what do you realize you’re missing? Riesling, of course! Yes! Riesling is the perfect pairing for Asian dishes. Come join us Tuesday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m., and let Tiffany teach us how to pair Riesling, from Germany and Washington State, with Chef Eddie’s artfully crafted Asian fare. We’ll provide the chopsticks!
